Damages and issues

We insure every order. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  Shipping claims must be submitted to our insurance company within 30 days of shipment. Please open your packages promptly in case of any issues. 

Refunds
