Live Sale Payments & Policies
HOW TO PAY:
Type your username into the search bar or browse below for your invoice. Be sure to shop our online mineral shop and add any items to your order as you check out. They will all ship together! Click HERE to return home and browse our minerals.

PAYMENT WINDOW:
All payments are due within 24 hours of the invoice being posted. Extensions will not be granted due to limited space and the nature of live sales. Please avoid claiming if you are unable to pay within the 24 hour window.
TRACK YOUR LIVE SALE INVOICE:
Our system allows for live tracking of your invoice during the show. Please CLICK HERE TO TRACK YOUR LIVE SALE INVOICE. Please note, there can be a delay if we are behind. If you notice any mistakes on your invoice, please hit the CHAT button on the website to alert my employees creating the invoices.
OPEN BOXES:
We do not currently have an open box program. Each show must ship independently and we are unable to combine orders. If you have an unpaid order, you are not eligible to claim on the next show.
SHIPPING:
Shipping is a flat rate of $10 in the US. International customers are charged the cost of their box via an invoice after check out.
NEW CUSTOMER DEPOSIT:
New customers are able to claim up to $50 on the first first show without paying a deposit. Once you reach $50, you are either maxed out for no more claims, or you can put in the $50 deposit to continue claiming. Go to "NEW CUSTOMER DEPOSIT" to pay this during the show. Please do not pay it prior to spending $50, as sometimes it can be difficult to claim and you may not get a claim in.
HOW TO CLAIM ON THE SHOW:
Once the price is stated, the first person on our end to put the price in the comments is the winner of the claim. Please note, this may look different on your end due to your internet connection. Your feed will often show you first.
SWAPS/TRADES/UPGRADES/"SOS":
We do not allow any swaps, trades, upgrades, or "SOS" claims. In the past we have allowed this and it caused too much confusion and complaints.
SCREEN SHOT REQUESTS DURING THE LIVE:
If you miss taking a screen shot of your claim, you can ask quickly and we can accommodate it on the live. If it's already been taken out of the room, you can hit the chat button on our website to request a photo. We will send it either after the live or the following morning. Please note during a "SALE SHOW" screen shot requests cannot be accommodated on the live.
