This changes your shipping fee from $7 to $4 per order. Why the $4 fee? Open boxes often are large orders and are very costly to ship. In order to continue offering them, we are charging a small fee each time. This small fee helps us maintain this service for you. ****How to Start an Open Box**** Add the item “Open Box - Starting a New One” to your cart during checkout for your first order.You can find this item by typing "Open Box" into the search bar. Pay for your order as usual. There’s no need to alert us separately; adding the item automatically notifies our team to hold your items. ****Adding to Your Open Box**** When shopping another live sale and adding more items to your Open Box, add the item “Open Box - Continuing” to your cart. This step ensures that your new items are correctly added to your existing box. ****Closing Your Open Box for Shipment****When you’re ready to ship your box, add the item “Open Box - Closing for Shipment” to your cart during checkout. This lets our team know to prepare and ship your items. Please note: Boxes must be closed and shipped within 3 weeks due to limited storage space.Important Notes ****Time Limit: ****Open boxes must be shipped within 3 weeks.
