Cavansite and Pentagonite are one of the most recognized Indian Minerals. The bright blue hues are striking with intense saturation. These specimens are constantly producing out of Pune, India. Never believe someone who says they are mined out or rare. They are mined constantly and are not a rare material. Quality varies significantly and associated minerals vary. Some have Heulandite, Stilbite, and most are on volcanic rock aka Basalt. 

Cavansite and Pengatonite share the same chemical make up, but have different crystal habits.
