Fine Mineral Scolecite Sun Specimen #16 from Chandwad, Maharashtra, India
These are a unique find that was originally discovered approximately a decade ago. The Scolecite feature hematite inclusions, which causes the orange hue. They are accompanied by a Botryoidal Chalcedony formation. They appear in a Sun or Sunflower shape, hence the nickname for the material.
